Alan Shaw put his championship on the line at Osmotherly Show this summer in an open challenge that was accepted by Ronnie "The Don" Bronson!
The two would have a hard fought battle in which "The King of the Skies" would retain his gold and keep his spot in the Main Event of DCW 8 - Here we go Again. However, "The Don" wouldn't be so lucky and would pick up a shoulder injury that has put him on the shelf for up to 12 weeks, keeping him out of action until after DCW 8 in September.
